Red Sox 6, Giants 2: Kutter Snipes the Giants

All good things come to an end, or so I’m told, so it wasn’t particularly surprising when the Giants, in their bullpen game, scored the first runs on a Wednesday against the Sox in three weeks on a third-inning home run against Co-Cy Young favorite (alongside Tanner Houck) by something named Tom Murphy:

“Tom Murphy.” Sure. Likely story, pal. 1-0 nonetheless, scoreless streak over, but I know a ruse when I hear one.
