Happy Monday! The Red Sox took two games out of three against the Washington Nationals to move to 21-19, staying above .500, and holding on to 3rd place in the AL East. They now welcome the Tampa Bay Rays to town for a four-game set. All four games will feature 7:10 PM ET start times as we really start to roll into the standard summer Sox schedule. And the Sox have a kinda standard rotation again. The series is scheduled to feature Kutter Crawford, Nick Pivetta, Tanner Houck, and Cooper Criswell.
Remembering 2004
The Red Sox improved to 24-16 after 40 games a couple decades ago thanks to strong work by Curt Schilling and Keith Foulke on the mound and homers from Johnny Damon and Manny Ramirez.
