Jerry Remy gave the Fenway Park crowd an encouraging update on his health

Longtime NESN Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy wasn’t going to let his recent cancer diagnosis keep him from the team’s 2018 World Series parade.

Remy spoke to the crowd inside Fenway Park Wednesday morning before the Sox took to their duck boats, calling the 2018 team, “the greatest team in Red Sox history.”

Fellow NESN broadcaster Tom Caron, who was emceeing the festivities, asked his colleague, “Everybody wants to know, how are you feeling?
