J.D. in, Benintendi out for Red Sox in Game 3

Red Sox slugger J.D. Martinez will play left field and bat fourth in Game 3 of the World Series against the Dodgers on Friday night. That means Andrew Benintendi is the odd man out as the series shifts to Los Angeles.
