Game 37: Rangers at Red Sox, Eovaldi vs. Giolito

A pair of veterans who have started over 450 career MLB games combined are set to face off at Fenway tonight if and when the rain stops.

Currently a very heavy batch of rain is pushing through Boston, but a dry slot between spokes of the upper level low is emerging south of Rhode Island, and the odds of getting tonight’s game in at some point appear to be increasing.

It looks increasing likely that the Red Sox are going to get this game in. More rain will move through Boston over the next couple of hours thanks to the batch currently over RI, but the pocket that matters for game time is south of Long Island, and that looks like a window.
