Dave Dombrowski salutes John Farrell after historic first for Red Sox manager

Red Sox anager John Farrell won his third AL East title and became the first Red Sox manager to win three divisional crowns with the win over the Astros on Saturday.

Darrell Johnson (1975), John McNamara (‘86, ‘88), Joe Morgan (‘90), Kevin Kennedy (‘95) and Terry Francona (‘97) are the other Sox managers to lead the team to an AL East championship.
