Xander Bogaerts exited Sunday's game vs. the Rays in the seventh inning after sustaining an injury while sliding into the Tampa Bay dugout to prevent an errant throw from going out of play. Bogaerts was helped off the field by trainers.
Brock Holt replaced Bogaerts at shortstop.
