• For the first time since 2014, Boston College plays under the lights in a Saturday primetime home game as the Eagles host No. 16 Virginia Tech.
• ESPN2 has broadcast coverage of the game with Mike Corey (play-by-play), Ahmad Brooks (color analyst) and Roddy Jones (field analyst) on the call. Kickoff is set for 7:15 p.m.
• Coverage on the Boston College IMG Sports Network begins at 6:45 p.m. with Jon Meterparel, Pete Cronan and Scott Mutryn. Fans can listen to the game locally on WEEI 850 AM, nationally on TuneIn and on Sirius channel 134 and XM channel 193.
