CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – A trio of Boston College lacrosse players are among the 25 nominees for the 2018 Tewaaraton Award, the Tewaaraton Foundation announced today. Junior attack Sam Apuzzo, junior midfielder Dempsey Arsenault and junior defender Elizabeth Miller will now vie for the Tewaaraton Award, which is presented annually to the top male and female American collegiate lacrosse players and is considered the sport's national player of the year award.
The 18th annual Tewaaraton Award Ceremony will be held May 31, 2018, at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.
