CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Team Boston held on for the 22-10 victory over Team Eagles on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Stadium in the 2022 Jay McGillis Memorial Spring Game.
Team Boston got the scoring going in the first quarter, as Xavier Coleman hauled in a 47-yard touchdown pass from Phil Jurkovec. Offensive lineman Christian Mahogany rumbled his way into the end zone from two-yards out in the second quarter, making it 14-0 with 9:37 left in the opening frame. A Danny Longman 27-yard field goal put Team Eagles on the board with 3:44 left in the half, and it was 14-3 at the intermission.
