CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Sophomore Taylor Soule has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week, announced Monday by the league office.
Soule averaged a double-double through 24.5 points and 11 rebounds in a pair of Boston College victories this week. She shot 17-for-29 (58.6%) from the field and 15-for-20 from the foul line to pick up seventh and eighth double-doubles of the season.
The New Lebanon, N.H. product scored 20 points with 10 rebounds in the win over Notre Dame at home on Thursday. In Sunday's win over North Carolina, Soule shot 11-for-13 from the floor and added seven points on free throws for a career-high 29 points, adding 12 boards on the way.
