Stephens 3-Run Homer Secures the Eagles win against Hofstra

TAMPA, Fla. – The Eagles defeated Hofstra with a 4-1 victory at the USF Softball Complex, Friday afternoon. The Eagles totaled 10 hits, on four RBIs for the teams first match-up of the day.

The Eagles got on the board early in the first inning racking up four runs. With Jules Shields and Nicole Giery on first and second a Jordan Stephens homer sent all three through home plate. The home-run marked the second of the season for the Eagles and the first of Stephens Boston College career. The momentum continued for the Eagles with bases loaded a Kali Case single put Zoe Hines through the plate.
