State-of-the-Art Hockey Locker Rooms Unveiled

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's and women's hockey teams moved into newly redesigned and expanded locker rooms inside Conte Forum on Monday. Through the generosity of many donors and former players, both projects were privately funded. Lead gifts from Art Bryne '67 (men's project) and Dave '68 and Janet Griffith (women's project) made these projects possible.

The new locker rooms were designed by S3 Design, based in Braintree, Mass., and built by Shawmut Design and Construction, based in Boston. The interior design and graphics were concepted by Advent Results, based in Nashville, Tenn.

The redesigned spaces were both enlarged, and now include separate wet and dry locker rooms, coaches' areas, equipment spaces and lounges.
