CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College softball team returns to action with five games this weekend at the Madeira Beach Tournament in Madeira Beach, Fla. The Eagles begin the weekend with two games on Friday against St. John's at 11 a.m. and Penn State at 4 p.m.
BC resumes play in the tournament Saturday with another doubleheader – 11 a.m. versus Central Michigan and 1:30 p.m. against Georgia Southern. The Eagles round out the weekend with Tennessee-Chattanooga Sunday at 9 a.m.
Boston College is 3-7 to open the 2019 season after two games last weekend at the Pirate Invitational in Greenville, N.
