CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Six former Boston College men's hockey players will compete for the United States at the 2019 IIHF Men's World Championships over the next two weeks. Forwards Johnny Gaudreau, Chris Kreider and Colin White, defenseman Noah Hanifin, and goaltenders Cory Schneider and Thatcher Demko will represent BC in Slovakia.
Team USA opens the tournament with a preliminary round matchup against the host Slovakia on Friday (May 10) at 2:15 p.m. (ET). All games will air live on NHL Network with the Bronze and Gold Medal Games scheduled for Sunday, May 26.
