NEWRY, Maine – Bobby Ryan finished 15th overall as the men's alpine team placed eighth in the giant slalom on Friday as the EISA Championships opened up at Sunday River.
Ryan skied a combined time of 2:38.23 for the Eagles, just two and a half seconds behind race winner James Ferri of Dartmouth. Trent Gutstein (2:43.06) and Aaron Taylor (2:43.35) placed 39th and 41st for the men's squad
Parker Biele led the women's team on Day 1, placing just inside the top-25 with a combined time of 2:46.
