CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Ian Ritchie and Sean Burke have been selected to compete in the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field East Preliminary Championship, held May 23-25 at Hodges Stadium on the campus of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla. Ritchie is among the field of 48 for the 1,500m run, while Burke is in the field of both the 5,000m and 10,000m.
"We are heading to Jacksonville on a roll, coming off our best ever ACC Championship," said head coach Matt Kerr. "Qualifying for the NCAA's represents an elite achievement in our sport, and we expect Sean Burke and Ian Ritchie to rise to the challenge at the East Regional.
