Jeff Hafley picked up another commitment for the class of 2022 with running back Alex Broome pledging his future to the program today:
Broome, a 5’9’’ running back from Tennessee, becomes BC’s 15th commitment for the class of 2022.
Broome had an impressive offer sheet that included Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and Appalachian State. Rich Gunnell and Sean Duggan were on point for Broome’s recruitment.
Broome currently plays at Lipscomb Academy in Tennessee. According to Andy Backstrom of Rivals, Broome could become the first BC football player in at least two decades from Tennessee:
