GREENSBORO, N.C. – Two members of the Boston College women's soccer team have earned Atlantic Coast Conference honors for their performances during the 2019 season, the league office announced on Thursday. Senior Olivia Vaughn earned a spot on the Third Team while rookie Sam Smith earned an All-Freshman nod.
Vaughn's selection to the third team as a forward marks the first all-conference honor of her career. She led the Eagles with 19 points this season, scoring seven goals while assisting on a career-high five. Vaughn's 11 points on four goals and three assists in ACC play tied for fourth overall in the league.
