GREENSBORO, N.C. – After graduating this spring with a degree in sociology, Charlotte North has been named the ACC Women's Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year, while she is joined by Rachel Hall, Hollie Schleicher and Belle Smith on the ACC All-Academic Team.
North, recently named both the Tewaaraton Award winner and IWLCA Player of the Year, set the NCAA record for goals in a single season with 102. She was a consensus first-team All-American and an All-ACC first team selection, tallying 114 points and grabbing 174 draws this year.
