Box Score AMHERST, Mass. – The No. 13 Boston College field hockey team traveled to Amherst, Massachusetts for a non-conference game, Wednesday, shutting out the Minutewomen, 5-0.
Jonna Kennedy played all 60 minutes in goal, seeing five shots. Margo Carlin led BC scoring two goals and adding an assist for a five-point day.
Caroline McGovern got everything going for BC in the seventh minute, redirecting a Carlin feed into the goal.
Carlin then scored in the 23rd minute on a shot into the top left corner.
