BRIGHTON, Mass. — Boston College Baseball (22-27, 8-19) walked off the Maryland Terrapins (34-19, 10-11), taking game three of the series on Sunday afternoon.
Nick Wang (Newton, Mass.) opened the scoring in the series finale, driving a two-out double to the left field wall to put BC up 1-0 in the first inning.
Michael Farinelli (New York, N.Y.) started game three for BC and turned in five stellar innings of work, allowing just five scattered hits while striking out two and walking none over five scoreless frames.
