CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College men's golf senior Matt Naumec and volleyball sophomore Clare Naughton have been named the Nissan Eagles of the Week following their performances last week.
Naumec tied for 10th place overall at the Autotrader Collegiate Classic. It was his third consecutive top 10 finish of the fall season. Naumec posted consecutive rounds of 69 during the first and second rounds on the first day of competition. He played bogey-free golf through his first 13 holes of the first round, posting four birdies and 13 pars. His second round was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 15th hole.
