Two members of the Boston College women's soccer team – McKenzie Meehan and Hayley Dowd - have earned 2015 All-ACC accolades, announced by the conference on Thursday morning. Meehan was named to the first team for the first time, while Dowd earned second team honors for the second consecutive season.
Meehan, a junior from Glocester, Rhode Island, was a second-team All-ACC selection in 2013 and missed the 2014 season with an injury. As a rookie she made the All-ACC Freshman team.
The Eagles forward has had a record setting season as she finished as the ACC's leading goal scorer (16) and points leader (35).
