CHICAGO – Boston College women's soccer alumna Kristie Mewis has been named to the U.S. Women's National Team training camp roster and subsequent 2021 WNT Summer Series, as announced today by U.S. Soccer.
The 2013 graduate is one of six midfielders named to the 23-player roster that will train and take part in three friendlies in the month of June. The U.S. is set to face Portugal on June 10, Jamaica on June 13 and Nigeria on June 16.
Mewis was part of the U.S. roster that took on Sweden and France in two friendly games in April, and was also a member of the squad that won the SheBelieves Cup in February.
