OSTRAVA, Czech Republic – BC rookie goaltender Spencer Knight has been named to the 23-man roster for the U.S. National Junior Team ahead of the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship from Dec. 26, 2019 - Jan. 5, 2020 in Ostrava and Trinec, Czech Republic.
Former Eagles forward Oliver Wahlstrom, currently playing for the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, was also selected to the squad by USA Hockey. Knight and Wahlstrom were both members of Team USA's silver medal team at last year's World Junior Championships in British Columbia.
