GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its All-ACC Field Hockey teams Thursday, with four Eagles earning honors. Jonna Kennedy and Margo Carlin earned first-team honors, whole Fusine Govaert and Elizabeth Warner were named to the second team. Kennedy was also named ACC Defensive Player of the Year.
A native of Watertown, Massachusetts, Kennedy was a two-time ACC Defensive Player of the Week during the spring season. She had a 7-5 record, including a 7-2 record in 2021, with a 1.76 GAA and an ACC-leading .
