Jerry York continued to pick up postseason honors on Wednesday when he was awarded the 2018 Clark Hodder Award, the award given out to the Division 1 Coach of the Year for all of New England. The award comes just a few weeks after York was tabbed as the Hockey East Coach of the Year at the Hockey East postseason banquet.

This is York’s third New England Coach of the year award, following his wins in the 2003-04 and 2013-14 seasons. Despite being picked to finish 4th in Hockey East in the preseason, York lead the Eagles to a regular season title and a 20-14-3 overall record, the ninth straight season that his team has put up at least 20 wins.
