CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Senior Emma Guy scored a game-high 20 points with 12 rebounds as Boston College defeated Wake Forest, 67-54, on Sunday afternoon in an ACC conference game at Conte Forum.
Boston College improved to 12-9 and 5-5 in the ACC, while Wake Forest dropped to 12-10 and 5-6 in the conference. BC has won two consecutive games and is 3-1 in the last four games.
Guy, who was 10-for-13 from the field, scored her 1,000th career point with 4:39 to play in the third quarter. The senior from Penfield, New York needed just 12 points prior to the game.
