CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College's Chiara Maria Ferrari has qualified for the 2022 NCAA Skiing Championships, becoming the first freshman in school history to qualify for the event.
Ferrari will compete in the NCAA giant slalom on March 9 and the NCAA slalom on March 11 in Park City, Utah.
A native of La Spezia, Italy, Ferrari burst onto the scene in EISA competition this season, finishing 16th in the overall giant slalom rankings.
She earned a top-10 in her EISA debut in the GS at the Colby Carnival, helping the BC women's squad place fifth overall at Sugarloaf.
