CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Junior Emma Guy scored a career-high 20 points as Boston College defeated Saint Peter's, 89-57, at Conte Forum on Sunday afternoon. BC is now 2-0 and will host Holy Cross on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the annual Field Trip Day.
Guy was one of four Eagles to score in double figures. The Eagles forward played 21 minutes, shot 11-for-13 from the floor, with eight rebounds, along with a steal and block.
Junior forward Georgia Pineau pitched in with her first double-double of the season with 14 points and 12 rebounds, while freshman Taylor Soule added 16 points, four boards and two blocks.
