CAMBRIDGE, MA — In the final weekend of competition for the fall season, the Eagles took on Wisconsin, Harvard, and Minnesota in individually-scored singles and doubles matches over the three-day invitational.
The doubles pair of Laura Lopez and Marice Aguiar went undefeated for the second consecutive weekend, defeating teams from Wisconsin (6-2), Minnesota (7-6 (4)), and finally Harvard without surrendering a single game, winning 6-0. Lopez added a singles win over Wisconsin (6-4, 6-3), with Aguiar securing a singles win of her own against Harvard (6-4, 6-4).
Lopez and Aguiar conclude the fall season with a commanding 8-1 record in doubles matches.
