CAMBRIDGE, Mass. –The Boston College volleyball team earned the win in a five-set thriller against city rival Harvard Wednesday night in Cambridge. The Eagles were led by sophomore Jewel Strawberry, who tallied her fourth double-double of the season with 16 kills and 16 digs on the evening.
Juniors Clare Naughton (14 kills) and Amaka Chukwujekwu (nine kills) along with senior Cat Balido (10 kills) helped pace the offensive effort while senior Jane DeJarld set up 25 assists.
Defensively, senior Carly Kutschke led the blocking effort with five total blocks, a career high.
