This past weekend, BC hosted No. 5 Clemson in their second home ACC series of the season. On Friday's doubleheader, the Eagles lost game one 8-4 and game two 7-3. They were able to keep things close through the first three or four innings of both games but the Tigers showed why they are one of the very best teams in the country as each game progressed, calmly taking their time and waiting for opportunities at the plate.
