NEWTON, Mass. – The Boston College men's soccer team used a 61st minute goal from Simon Enstrom to earn a 1-0 win over No. 17 NC State on Friday night at the Newton Campus Fields. With the upset, the Eagles move to 3-3-3 overall and 2-3-0 in ACC play while NC State bumps to 6-3-2 overall and 1-3-1 in conference play.
Though the Wolfpack maintained possession for the majority of the opening 15 minutes, it would be Trevor Davock that fired off the first shot on goal of the game when he cut down the left flank for a look from the top of the box.
