GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) -- Seniors Sam Apuzzo and Lauren Daly have swept the second week of Atlantic Coast Conference awards following the No. 1 Eagles' comeback win at Syracuse on Saturday, Feb. 16.
Apuzzo earned ACC Offensive Player of the Week nods as she propelled the BC offense to erase a 7-2 deficit early in the first half of Saturday's contest. The senior found the back of the net seven times and assisted on two additional goals. With her fifth goal of the game, Apuzzo surpassed Covie Stanwick '15 and took hold of the all-time goals record at BC.
