CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – scored in the 68th minute, ending Virginia's seven-game shutout streak in the process, but the top-ranked Cavaliers topped the Eagles, 6-1, on Sunday afternoon at Klöckner Stadium.

Virginia struck twice in the first half for a 2-0 lead at the break and then added two more early in the second stanza. Carreiro's fifth of the season put an end to UVA's 775 minute, seven-game shutout streak.
