CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College swim and dive team continue their road stretch with two dual-meets this weekend, first taking on Loyola Maryland in Baltimore before heading to Washington, D.C. to face George Washington University.
The Eagles are coming off of their first overall dual-meet win of the season, as both teams topped Bryant on the road. The women totaled 194 points to Bryant's 106 as the men earned 177 to Bryant's 121.
The newcomers shined in the win, as freshmen Lindsey Ryalls (1000 free, 500 free), Nicole Barkemeyer (100 back, 200 back), Zachary Szmania (1000 free, 500 free), Matt Szekely (100 fly, 200 free) and Dale Nickerson (one- and three-meter dives) each took first place in multiple events.
