LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Boston College women's basketball pushed the Louisville Cardinals to the brink, but fell by a score of 73-65 on Thursday evening inside Conte Forum.
Boston College falls to 13-8 and 3-5 in league action, while the Cards are now 15-6 and 6-2 in the ACC.
Taina Mair scored a career-high on the road with 16 points, dished out seven assists and grabbed four off the glass. JoJo Lacey put forth an efficient effort with 15 points, shot 4-of-7 from the floor, totaled six rebounds and four helpers.
Ally VanTimmeren stepped up off the bench with multiple players in foul trouble and scored 13 points.
