HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. -- Boston College finished second at the Diamante Intercollegiate. The Eagles were 2-under during Tuesday's final round and finished at 23-under for the tournament. BC set a new program record for lowest team score for a round, going 15-under during Monday's second round action.
Canice Screene and Cynthia Zhang tied for ninth place, going 6-under for the 54-hole tournament. Screene started the tournament hot, carding scores of 67 and 68 before a final round 75. She carded 15 birdies and 32 pars.
Zhang was 7-under over her final two days of play, opening with a 73 before registering scores of 67 and 70 in the second and third rounds, respectively.
