GREENSBORO, N.C. – Coming off its national championship season, the Boston College lacrosse team has been selected to win the ACC in the preseason coaches' poll, with four Eagles being named to the Preseason All-ACC team.
The Eagles earned 76 points, just edging North Carolina, who finished second with 74 points. The top five were rounded out by Syracuse (63 points), Notre Dame (56) and Duke (45).
Named to the Preseason All-ACC team was Charlotte North (attack), Belle Smith (midfield) and Hollie Schleicher (defense), while attacker Jenn Medjid was an at-large honoree.
