Eagles' Hot Start Leads to Battle of Commonwealth Ave Win

BOSTON - A hot start for Boston College women's lacrosse led to a 19-8 win over Boston University on Tuesday afternoon at Nickerson Field.

The Eagles win their fifth straight game to improve to 11-3 overall, while BU falls to 7-7 on the season.

A season-high 10 different players scored for the Eagles with 11 of the goals being assisted on. Jenn Medjid tied a season high with seven goals and eight points.

Cassidy Weeks scored three goals and recorded a career-best six draw controls. Kayla Martello turned in four points with a pair of goals and assists.
