BOSTON – The Eagles opened their spring season on familiar waters, going 1-3 in head-to-head action against Boston University on the Charles River this Saturday, Mar. 25.
BC's 1V boat featuring Ella Bruno, Phoebe DeVlieger, Lauren Bauer, Lucy Barratt, Lauren Meath, Alexandra Bocek, Rebecca Butler, Carly Griffin, and Peyton Smith secured the Eagles first victory of the new season (6:42.6). BU's 1V finished shortly after, posting a time of 6:47.0.
The V4 race took place next in a tightly contested affair.
