Eagles Fall To No. 6 Notre Dame, 97-47

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College women's basketball team fell to No. 4 Notre Dame, 97-47, at Conte Forum on Wednesday evening.

Freshman guard led the Eagles with 11 points and three rebounds. Junior forwards and followed up with eight points apiece, while pulling down six and four rebounds, respectively.

Notre Dame (23-3, 10-2) set the tone for the game, opening up with a two-minute, 8-0 run, before Soule put the Eagles on the board with a put-back at the 8:07 mark. BC forced eight Fighting Irish turnovers in first quarter, but the Eagles could not quiet the Notre Dame offense that shot 53.
