Eagles Fall in ACC Opener at #17/17 Duke

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -- CJ Penha Jr. scored 14 of his team-high 16 points in the second half, while Jaeden Zackery added 14 points as Boston College dropped its ACC opener at No. 17 Duke, 75-59, on Saturday afternoon at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

BC led by three early on, after a T.J. Bickerstaff jumper made it 11-8 with 13:45 left in the opening frame. Duke responded with a 16-5 run to go up eight, and never trailed the rest of the way. The Blue Devils, who shot 52.8% from the field, are unbeaten in six home games.
