Eagles Dominate No. 18 USC in Season Opener

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The third-ranked Boston College lacrosse team dominated No. 18 USC in the season opener with a 14-3 victory on Saturday afternoon in Fish Field House.

BC is 1-0 on the season and 14-1 over its last 15 season openers, while the Eagles have won their last seven games against ranked non-conference opponents.

The Eagles dominated on both sides of the ball, with the three goals allowed tying the fewest USC has scored in program history (2013). Five Eagles led to 13 caused turnovers led by Hunter Roman's three. Rachel Hall played the first three quarters, totaling six saves on nine shots.
