CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.– The Boston College Volleyball team defeated Miami in five sets at home Saturday afternoon on Senior Day. The Eagles record moves to 19-13 overall and 8-10 in the ACC to finish regular season play.
Miami claimed the first set early taking a 8-1 run to secure the set, 25-17. The second set was back-and-forth, the Eagles tied the score 11 times, exchanging the lead five. BC hit .414 on the set to the Hurricanes .297, taking the second set 25-23. The Eagles momentum continued into the third with senior outside hitter Katrina Jensen leading the way with five kills , BC took the set 25-19.
