Eagles Compete in Two Slalom Races at Dartmouth Carnival

LYME, N.H. – The Boston College skiing team competed in a pair of slalom races over the weekend at the Dartmouth Carnival. The men's team placed ninth while the women took 11th.

Ben Charleston was the Eagles' top finisher on the weekend with 22nd place in Saturday's slalom, followed by senior Trent Gutstein in 24th. Matthew Smallhouse finished 35th for BC, while Will Kornya's promising second run came up short near the end of the course as he placed 43rd.

Morgan Ellis led the way for the women's squad with 25th place in the slalom on Saturday.
