Waltham, Mass – Boston College Fencing took part in the first of two Northeast Fencing Conferences this past weekend hosted on the campus of Brandeis in Waltham. They were one of ten schools participating in the conference. Other schools that were also competing were BU, Brandeis, Brown, MIT, Sacred Heart, Smith, UMass, UNH and Wellesley.
BC had seven scheduled rounds, the Women's team won against BU in Round 2, Sacred Heart in Round 3, MIT in Round 4, UMass in Round 5, UNH in Round 6, and Smith in Round 7 and lost to Wellelsey in Round 1.
