BOSTON – The Boston College women's indoor track and field team kicked off its 2019-20 season at the BU Opener in the BU Track and Tennis Center on Saturday, Dec. 7.
The Eagles had four with top-3 finishes. Julia Lyons had the best finish of the day, placing second in the long jump with a mark of 5.71m (18-9.00). Abigail Gothers then gave the Eagles another top-3 finish in a field event, this time in the high jump. She hit a mark of 1.65m (5-5.00) to place third in the event.
